Each wildflower is meticulously burned and painted freehand on the hat by The Mercantile Ouray owner, Kelly Leggett, here in Ouray, Colorado. The Cordelia is a pale blue colored vegan suede flat-brim rancher hat, with an adjustable tie inside for fit. The Cordelia comes with an pale seafoam green detachable silk ribbon tie.
