Each wildflower is meticulously burned freehand on the hat by The Mercantile Ouray owner, Kelly Leggett, here in Ouray, Colorado. The Harper is a sand colored vegan suede flat-brim rancher hat, with an adjustable tie inside for fit. The Harper comes with an ivory frayed cotton detachable ribbon.
