Each wildflower is meticulously burned and painted freehand on the hat by The Mercantile Ouray owner, Kelly Leggett, here in Ouray, Colorado. The Billie is a dark turquoise colored vegan suede flat-brim rancher hat, with an adjustable tie inside for fit. The Billie comes with a detachable mauve cotton hand-dyed earth pigment ribbon tie.
