Each wildflower is meticulously burned and painted freehand on the hat by The Mercantile Ouray owner, Kelly Leggett, here in Ouray, Colorado. The Rhiannon is a gray-beige colored vegan suede flat-brim rancher hat, with an adjustable tie inside for fit. The Rhiannon comes with a gray/silver velvet detachable ribbon tie, a copper star pin, and a silver star pin.
