Each wildflower is meticulously burned and painted freehand on the hat by The Mercantile Ouray owner, Kelly Leggett, here in Ouray, Colorado. The Riley is a light beige colored vegan suede flat-brim rancher hat, with an adjustable tie inside for fit. The Riley comes with a detachable earth pigment hand-dyed reddish-pink toned cotton ribbon.
